Frequent questions
How do I make an exchange?
Choose what you give and what you want to get, and enter the amount — the calculator shows at once what you will receive. Press “Exchange”, say where the money should go and leave an email for the order link. The order page shows where to pay and a timer. Once you have paid, you see each step, from the deposit arriving to the payout.
Do I need an account?
Not for a one-off exchange: an email is enough, and the order link goes there. An account is worth it if you want your exchange history, saved payment details, a regular-client discount or the partner programme.
How do I follow my order?
The order page updates in real time — no need to reload it. We email you about the changes that matter, and message you in Telegram too if you connected it in your account.
How long does an exchange take?
Usually from 5 minutes to half an hour. For crypto it depends on how many confirmations the network needs, for a bank on the bank. The calculator shows an estimate for every direction.
What is the “I have paid” button for?
We see payments in USDT (TRC20, ERC20, BEP20, TON) and Bitcoin ourselves — nothing to press. For bank transfers, wallets and coins on other networks, press “I have paid” after sending: an operator checks the deposit and starts the payout.
How is the rate set, and is it fixed?
The rate comes from market prices and refreshes every minute. Once you create an order it is held for 15 minutes. If the payment arrives later, we recalculate at the current rate and show you the new figures.
