Every incoming crypto transaction and every payout address is risk-checked. A high score stops the payout and we come back to you.

A medium score means a manual compliance review. It takes longer than an automatic exchange, and it beats frozen money.

For large amounts or disputed cases we ask you to confirm your identity and the source of funds. Documents stay with the verification provider, not with us.

If we cannot complete an exchange, funds go back to the sender minus the network fee.
