Exchange rules
Creating an order means you accept these rules.
Rate and timing
The rate is held for 15 minutes. If the payment arrives later, we recalculate at the current rate and show you the new figures before paying out.
Amounts
If the payment differs from the order, we either recalculate the payout proportionally or refund you — your choice.
Refusal
We may refuse an exchange when it breaks the law, our limits or the AML policy. Funds are returned in that case.
Liability
We are not responsible for details you enter incorrectly: a blockchain transaction cannot be reversed. Check the address before paying.
