Security

The hot wallet holds only the daily payout limit; the rest sits on cold multisig addresses. Private keys never live on the web servers.

Payment details, phone numbers and provider responses are encrypted at rest. Logs are stripped of personal data: card numbers and addresses appear only partially.

Every staff action lands in a hash-chained journal, so a record cannot be rewritten afterwards. Critical changes need approval from a second person.
